Payment

Payment must be made on the first lesson of that specific month
Lessons may vary from 4-5, so please pay accordingly to the amount
If you fail to pay your lesson fee on time, an additional $35 will be added as a late fee.
Payment methods include Check, Venmo, Cash.
If paying with a returned check, an additional $35 will be added.
Once the payment is made, there is no refund for any reason or circumstance.
If you plan to leave the studio, please let us know a month beforehand. Lesson fees are Nonrefundable.

Every year in December/January, a Kayo Piano Studio recital is held to show off our students’ hard work throughout the year.
Competition entry level students will be reached out to from the staff, but if you are interested in participating please contact us for more details.

Notice of cancellation must be notified to the corresponding teacher 24 hours prior to the lesson (the studio is closed for Sunday so if your lesson is on a Monday, please let your teacher know on Saturday instead). If you fail to notify us of cancellation, your lesson fees will not be refunded, nor will the lesson be rescheduled.

If during the summer you are taking a vacation for more than a month, each week you miss you will be charged $10 to reserve your lesson time slot.

In this studio, we upload videos and pictures of our students on media platforms. Please let us know if you are uncomfortable.
